Shipping policy

US

We offer free domestic shipping to the USA on orders over $75. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied. Standard US shipping for all other orders will be listed at checkout and typically arrives 5-7 days after the order has been processed and marked as "shipped" . All other prices and shipping times are shown based on customer preferences during checkout. 

LOST PACKAGES 

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as "delivered". If you have a lost package, contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen, please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a  confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply. 

DAMAGES 

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@pedigreeproject.com with photos/videos of the defective/damaged item(s). We will gladly exchange them provided they are reported within 72 hrs of delivery. Photos of damaged products are REQUIRED.
